FAQ
Skijordue 2025 is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible experience for all attendees. Our site is designed to be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone
Below are the accessibility features and services available to ensure all visitors can fully participate:
Sidewalk Clearing: all hardscape pathways will be free of snow and ice during all active periods. Event staff will maintain safe means of access to all site areas throughout active periods. Temporary pathways will be created in the case that heavy snow precedes a performance; ongoing maintenance of these paths will remain a top priority..
Accessible temporary washroom facilities will be available in GA washroom area.
Public-access areas surrounding the festival site will be monitored to ensure safe conditions and any issues will be promptly mitigated.
Fire-pits will be placed throughout the site and we are operating a purpose-built warm-up tent with electric heaters to provide additional warm-up space. Please note, this is an outside winter event and there is only so much we can do to combat cool temps, so dress warmly!
Elevated Seating Area: Temporary Staging with ACA-compliant ramp will be supplied for use on an as-booked basis. In order to manage capacity for this structure, we request guests needing access to the elevated seating area register via this contact form

The event takes place outdoors in the snow. We do the absolute best we can to reserve parking spaces for the disabled on site.
ShowPass & credit card companies each add a small service charge. ShowPass gave us a GREAT deal to keep their charge low. Our aim is to keep entry price at a point that provides great value.
